The Soul Presides

Ideally, your sahaj practice is one of awakening to the soul and allowing it to preside. The Spirit, that which gives life and consciousness to all people, is now expressing fully and freely within you. The soul, the true self, is no longer ignored. It now occupies a place of authority. The soul, rather than the personality, ego or emotions, presides so that all may go well with you and your life. Your ongoing sahaj practice makes you conscious that your soul is lovingly and vigilantly watching over you — continuously.

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
