Live in Ongoing Love

Sahaj is a natural state of awareness. Enjoy sahaj as long as it feels comfortable and harmonious and you function well in the world. Sahaj is a natural state of awareness. Bhakti yoga develops a sahaj of flowing love. It can become not only a state you are regularly immersed in but one in which you live your life in a current of steady love.

  • Often a quality discovered in meditation can become on ongoing flow in daily life
  • Bhakti (devotional) yoga focuses on living in delightful moods or relationships with the Divine
  • The glow of an awe experience encourages ongoing awareness of humility and faith
  • Many sahaj yogis live centered in a specific chakra (energy center) or in the sushumna (deep central corridor of the spine)
  • Yoga states such as bliss, ananda, or the presence of God can abide in an ongoing way
  • Sahaj reveals a spiritual energy that can prevail over obstacles

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
