Real Self vs Phony Self

Discover how to access the power of your inner self

When we understand and work with the law of karma, we begin to experience the peace, joy, inner power and tranquility of our true self. We find the quality of our present day is mainly based on what we thought, felt and did in our yesterdays and yesteryears. In using our present day to create and establish constructive causes, we improve the quality of our lives. We can find and live in our true self.

Classes in Higher Yogas, Ego, Soul/Inner Self, Goodness

The Active Good Will Process

How do you get the inner self to express more in your life? How do you find it and get close to it? Active good will — active, caring good will. Good will leads to wonderful reveries where you sense the integration of your outer self and your inner self. The attitude of good will lines you up.

  • Yoga teaches how to discover the difference between your true self and your counterfeit self
  • The great yogi Patanjali said that one of the main purposes of yoga is to learn who you really are
  • Enjoy a yoga story about a king and a prime minister which illustrates the relationship between the ego and the atman (true self)
  • Learn how good will aligns the outer self and the inner self, freeing the inner self to express
  • Enjoy practicing the active good will process step by step

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
