When you’re afraid and need help, avoid thinking: I’m tiny, weak and lost. Instead, open your consciousness to the possibility of a vast, caring oneness. Feel it surrounding you, responding to you. Allow the oneness to help you with all your needs — fears, loneliness, or any shortcomings. Just think: I’m opening myself to unity with humanity and to the one great soul that we all share.
