Yogis delight in experiencing a happiness they find to be greater and more lasting than all other joys. This is the happiness that comes from within. We are guided by specific teachings from Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita which help us find that inner happiness.
How can you prepare yourself to be a happy person? Perhaps you’re happy already. Life, of course, has many trials and tribulations. So, as you go through the challenges to your happiness in daily life, don’t think of yourself as a victim.
Think of yourself as a student, that each day you are learning how to be happy. Discover your soul and you will live in joy.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
