RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

Rich and Dynamic Yoga

Open yourself to powerful goodness

Yogis attune and meditate on the goodness of God. This contact brings experiences of awe and wonder. We strive to live in spiritual awareness and become instruments of Spirit. Powerful goodness comes into our lives as we contact Spirit through yoga practice.

First Steps, Goodness, Spiritual Attributes

Yogis Live in Awe and Wonder

Awe and wonder humble the ego so that samadhi comes more easily. Your breath seems to pause and your consciousness rushes into Spirit — just runs, flies into Spirit. Awe and wonder are very much part of a yogi’s life.

  • God is good. When we meditate, we attune with that goodness
  • This goodness is powerful. Ben Franklin defined God as Powerful Goodness
  • Discover how the blessings of Spirit or Powerful Goodness come into our lives
  • Learn how dedicated yoga practice leads to living in spiritual awareness and being an instrument of Spirit

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.

Why the Commitment?
