All Is Spirit

The idea that all is Spirit is one of the transforming thoughts of yoga therapy. It’s a glorious day when you discover and experience the truth that all is Spirit:  My body is Spirit. My mind is Spirit. My emotions are Spirit. My bones are Spirit. As a result of entertaining this idea and accepting its possibility, healing may take place. Allow Spirit to abide in your awareness. Enjoy Spirit everywhere.

  • Yoga therapy is based on the transforming realization that all is Spirit
  • Cosmic Consciousness:  awareness of Spirit everywhere, including within ourselves
  • Metaphysics is tuning in with Spirit and allowing It to express
  • Mary Baker Eddy (Christian Science):  Christ is the ideal truth that comes to heal sickness.
  • Ernest Holmes:  Metaphysics is permitting the truth and creating a channel within your being where Spirit may express.

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
