RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

A Yogi's View on COVID 19

How you can find comfort in times of stress

Are you wondering why this pandemic has happened? Yoga says we are here at this time because our souls have a role they want us to play. Discover how you can turn to Spirit in times of stress and tragedy to find comfort and direction. Understand how you can make your own positive contribution.

Yoga Perspectives, Health, Stress

Dance Your Part in the Divine Play

To the ego we often feel like we’re walking through life on a razor’s edge because the ego is scared; it wants to survive. But as you get to know your soul, the razor’s edge becomes a wide highway or a huge field in which the divine play is occurring and we’re free to dance. Dance your part in the divine play!

  • During times of crisis, yogis meditate, pray and find out what part they can play in improving the situation
  • We recognize that we are spiritually required to look after one another as well as take good care of ourselves
  • We strive to reflect the light and love of God to others
  • As we go within, we become sattvic. We naturally and effortlessly receive a degree of peace, love and compassion
  • Tragedies often are causes of further awakening
  • Find your soul connection, find the way your soul wants to express its nature

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
