How Good Are Your Systems?

How to enjoy a more productive life

Systems are involved in every area of life. We can improve our life by upgrading our procedures. Discover how to develop systems which help ensure a wonderful, productive life.

Yoga Perspectives
  • To improve life in any area, examine your systems
  • Systems are established ways of doing things, processes that work
  • We can develop procedures to solve problems and bring more joy into our lives
  • Think of your endeavors as being akin to being on a lifeboat with others — everyone has to do their part or all will sink
  • Do you have constructive, effective systems in your personal life? In your family life? In your work life? In your yoga practice?

Life Is Systems

There’s a social system, judicial system, educational system, governmental systems and international systems between nations. Within us we have a respiratory system, a circulatory system, lymphatic system, digestive system and a nervous system. If just one process fails, we’re in serious trouble out there in the world or within our own bodies. In other words, life is systems.

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
