RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

The Great Windows — Assimilation — Part 2

How avatars, yogis and saints show us the way to go farther in yoga

Yoga practiced with assimilation opens us to new realities. Yogis have blissful contacts and immersion in Spirit called samadhi. Experience samadhis and the ecstasy they can bring to your life.

Yoga Perspectives
  • Avatars, paramahansas, yogis and saints show us the way
  • Yogis experience union with God through the ecstatic state of samadhi
  • As a drop of water falls into the ocean and becomes part of that ocean, similarly, when you think deeply of Spirit, you become Spirit
  • There are different kinds of samadhi
  • Learn the obstacles to be overcome for samadhi experiences to occur
  • What comes after immersion in Spirit? Go beyond samadhi and enter the divine play

Practice Yoga with Assimilation

As a result of blissful contacts with Spirit, we suddenly become immersed in Spirit. We swim in Spirit and are only aware of Spirit. These possibilities are available if you practice yoga and assimilate.

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.

Why the Commitment?
