What People Crave

Want a more rewarding life?

So much of what people seek in life involves raising their level of consciousness. Don’t you — don’t all of us — seek to experience a life which is rewarding and full of meaning, rather than a life of conflict, confusion and chaos? Don’t we yearn to know ourselves and others more profoundly — more truly? Don’t all of us seek well-being, insight and the inner power to change our lives in many ways?

Keys to Higher Consciousness, Seeking, Awakening

Wouldn’t you like higher knowledge and amazing insights regarding your problems and concerns? Wouldn’t you like to contact your Higher Self and discover your connection with the Infinite Consciousness?

Do you seek a peace and clarity which thrills and restores you? Do you seek a love that lasts and isn’t a fraud? Would you like to exchange your years of accumulated stress and anxiety for a new era of ecstasy and personal achievement? Would you like to establish an ongoing sense of well being and participate in the gratifying creation of a better world?

Don’t you have deep questions within you which ache for answers? Perhaps you frequently feel that you are meant to be a finer, more fulfilled, and happier person: you yearn to be free of old limitations and be more delightfully alive!

If you, too, murmur these vital questions, feel similar feelings, and recognize these yearnings as your own, you are a candidate for higher consciousness!

Explore the Spiritual Side of your Nature

As you explore the spiritual side of your nature, you will joyfully blossom. Your development will greatly enrich your life — and your expanding awareness will help people everywhere.

Feel free to hop around this site according to your inner guidance and mood. Or, proceed in sequence and spend lots of time with the subjects which most fascinate you.

We wish you success. May you discover and delight in your higher consciousness!

A Spiritual Seeker Is

You’ll find as you work with these precious, inspiring principles and techniques, that you can awaken your higher faculties and develop spiritual awareness. You can realize the relationship between your individual life and the Infinite Consciousness which gives and sustains all life.

Spiritual seekers come from all walks of life, from all nations, races, religious and philosophical perspectives. You may be a business professional, a child, a homemaker, a clergyman, a manual laborer, a devout member of any of the world’s faiths, an agnostic, an artist, an invalid.

With regular practice spiritual seekers can realize and are fortunate to maintain, a conscious connection with the Infinite Consciousness — the Infinite Spirit — or any of Its attributes, such as Love, Wisdom, Power, Goodness, Transformation, Wholeness, or Creativity, to name the main ones.

Spiritual Development

Here’s a list of the various aspects and attributes of experiencing higher consciousness. One could spend years developing in these areas.

  • Spiritual, But Not a Religion

While yoga can play an important — and often essential — role in all the world’s religions, yoga itself is not a religion.

There are Christian mystics, Jewish yogis, Muslim yogis, Buddhist yogis, Hindu yogis, Protestant yogis, Catholic yogis, and also agnostic yogis.

Yoga is practiced devotedly and in distinctive ways by members of the different religions of the world.

What Spiritual Development Is Not About

Sometimes people mistakenly confuse other fields of study with yoga and spiritual development. To help clarify these misunderstandings, here’s a list of what spiritual development is not about.

  • Channeling
  • Fortune telling
  • Psychic readings
  • Life on other planets
  • Power over others
  • Black magic
  • Predicting the future
  • Communicating with spirits or entities
  • Psychic powers
  • UFOs
  • Horoscopes
  • Cults
  • The occult
  • Hypnotism
  • Surrendering your will to another person
