The great yogi Sri Aurobindo wrote about freeing the impostor and expressing who we really are. Discover how reorienting and liberating oneself by freeing the physical, vital and mental/emotional aspects of our being allows us to know and express our true selves.
Yoga means union, oneness or wholeness. We naturally seek union, oneness, with our true self. In order to realize oneness, we need to harmonize the vital life force within us. We want to be conscious of vitality moving and expressing from the Divine into our daily life. We also strive to have thoughts that reveal the nature of our soul. In addition, we want the body to be an instrument of our true self, rather than the ego. Our mind needs to be free of confusion and ignorance of Spirit.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
