Samadhi Transforms and Liberates

Our present mental content is based on the past. All our samskaras (past energy patterns) have resulted in our present thoughts and emotions. Samadhi overcomes the pain and ignorance resonating from the past and transforms it into spiritual understanding.  Patanjali wrote that the project is to develop smriti (divine memory). If we can remember who we truly are, a divine soul, we are renewed. We become a new and free being.

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.
