The project tonight is yoga in action, applied yoga. Yoga is beneficial and can help you in every area of your life. I’m calling it Harmony Power. When you find harmony and establish harmony, there is connection with the universal awareness that will help you with your life. You must first get harmonious if you want to experience yoga moving in your life.

  • Humans have a localized sense of self as well as a vast consciousness
  • As we harmonize body, mind and Spirit, we are able to attune with our higher consciousness which can help us in daily life
  • Yoga teaches us how to establish harmony at the different levels of our being:  physical, pranic (life force), emotional, mental and within our sense of self

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
