Reclaim Your Mind

The main way to reclaim your mind, make it your own, and have it help you in life is to learn how to meditate. Meditation means to center in your true nature.

  • Why meditate? It’s the best and perhaps the only way to gain peace of mind and live in a state of well being and inner power, rather than stress and mental turbulence
  • A clear, loving, attuned mind generates optimal life A clouded, fearful or angry mind makes life unpleasant and empty
  • Meditation is one of the best ways to have a clear, loving mind
  • One of the keys to enjoying meditation and getting the most out of it is finding the meditation style which best suits you and your nature

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
