When we concentrate on a visual, auditory or feeling object so well that we transcend the mind and experience peace, light, joy and love, we are meditating. There are many meditation styles that help us calm and focus our minds.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
