Help From Buddha

Buddha says all suffering can end

Yogis are especially inspired by the teachings of Buddha. His essential question was:  Would you like to cease your suffering and sorrow? “Of course. What is the way, Master?” Explore Buddha’s four noble truths to discover how to end most suffering.

Stories, Buddha

Go Within!

Everything and everyone in the world is continuously changing. For lasting happiness, you must go within, beyond changing emotions and thoughts. Here one finds profound peace and a mind free of desire or fear. The Buddha called this state nirvana, meaning without stain.

  • To cease suffering, we need to wake from the dream of separateness from others and also from God
  • The noble truth of duca (sorrow) is similar to the yoga view that most people live their entire life ignorant of Spirit
  • Selfish desire is the cause of suffering and sorrow
  • Explore the idea of dharma, the way the soul wants to express, instead of living a slave to what the ego wants
  • Although delusion seems to be in charge of everything, the truth is that God is doing something beautiful with life here on earth
