Spiritualize Your Thoughts

How to attune with Spirit

How can we spiritualize our thoughts? Attune with Spirit first. Then think. Ramakrishna Ananda shows the way.

Spiritual Development, Mind, Meditation

Immerse Your Mind in Spirit

The idea is simply this:  You can spiritualize your thoughts and uplift others when you attune with Spirit first. Immerse your mind in Spirit, enjoy Spirit, then think.

  • Meditation in the morning results in greater spiritual awareness and clearer thoughts all day
  • The false sense of self falls away as one’s thoughts are aligned with Spirit
  • After deep immersions into Spirit, our heart and mind prepare us to become instruments of Spirit
  • When the ability to meditate is developed, the mind easily recedes into the true self
  • Spiritualize your thoughts by first immersing in Spirit. Then use the mind to uplift yourself and others
  • Discover how Spirit wants to use your mind and sense of self to express and manifest

We are spiritual beings
“Higher consciousness (also called spiritual awareness) is the main component missing in the lives of people. We humans are spiritual beings, enlivened by Spirit. We’d have a much better world if more people discovered the already present Spirit within them.”

— Ramakrishna Ananda

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
