Becoming good at projecting helps us experience higher devotional and meditative states. Projection makes the body more vital and healthy, clears the mind, and also fills one with energy.
Prepare to project your energy body by first striving to feel an abundance of energy throughout your whole being — from your toes to your head.
Then, choose a point far away from your location. Feel as if you are a plane about to take off. The idea is to move through your location into space. When you are ready, take off. Go through your area and keep going. Sense the vitality of the whole body moving easily out there. Enjoy the invigorating sense of floating and lightness.
