How to Relax and Cope with Stress

Want to know how to stop tension before it enters your body?

Relaxation and peace of mind are elusive for most people. Yet, just seven minutes of a daily revered yoga relaxation practice can change your life. This technique opens the door to having peace of mind, even during a busy day. Being more relaxed will free your mind of worry, enable you to sleep better, help you be more focused, and often stop tension before it enters your body.

Give Yourself a Chance

Give yourself a chance and find out what it’s like to be attuned, vitalized and refreshed by simply knowing how to relax well at will.

  • Recognize that relaxation is not attained, but rather allowed and accepted
  • Learn some gentle stretches to begin the relaxation process
  • Discover that enjoying diaphragm breathing is a natural relaxant and aid to clearing the mind
  • How to allow peace and harmony to fill your being by combining the mind’s activity with breathing techniques
  • Hear how the consciousness that enables you to be aware throughout your body can also help you relax

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
