Who Am I?

Enjoying your rhythm, note and color is extremely beneficial because it helps you experience who you truly are. The question Who am I? is solved by exploring our unique nature, the way we are put together. Become aware of the core consciousness that is expressing as you.

  • In order to go within and center in a greater awareness of the soul, Ramana Maharshi taught seekers to chant Who am I?
  • We each have our own unique rhythm. Sensing that rhythm is a simple way to reduce stress and be more productive
  • Each of us has a distinct note. Get to know that note to experience your vibration and energy
  • We each have a distinct color. Wearing and seeing this color is good for health and well being
