When you look in the mirror, do you see your soul? The great yogi Sri Ramakrishna said, “It’s sad to see how your duties are covering your soul and countenance.” Discover how you can remove the layers of care from your face, heart and mind. When our souls are uncovered, we see the world as an expression of God and recognize our oneness with all.
What we strive to do is take these layers of care from our face by releasing them from our mind and heart. We live fresh each day. Start your day by looking in the mirror and letting go of the layers of concern that occur to you. Then look deeply into your eyes and ask,
“Who am I?’ or declare, “I am Spirit!”
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
