Obstacles to Living in Harmony

There are nine main obstacles to finding and living in yoga harmony. They are conditions regularly encountered in daily life. Patanjali (The Yoga Philosophy of Patanjali by Swami Hariharananda) called them blemishes and foes of yoga. Understanding these blockages is extremely helpful for those wishing to grow spiritually.

Yoga helps to overcome these hindrances. Allow your mind and heart to participate fully. Give yourself a chance to live each day in the harmony of body, mind and spirit.

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.
