Trust

Explore how “smart trust” can improve your relationships

Trust can improve our spiritual life as well as our daily life. Stephen Covey’s writings focus on the ability to trust, the benefits of trust, and how to be a trustworthy person. Discover the possibilities, energy and joy which develop in trusting relationships.

First Steps
  • Trust empowers people to work together and live in happiness rather than suspicion and fear
  • Trust is a quality that can change everything
  • Choose to live in smart trust rather than blind trust and gullibility
  • When you declare your intent, you create trust
  • Assuming positive intent in others builds trust and positive relationships

Choose to Believe in Trust

Choose to believe in trust rather than suspicion. This creates the foundation for all other trust-building behaviors and enhances your natural tendency to trust. The key to smart trust is to develop good judgment. Become a person who can always be trusted.

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
