RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

Do You Get No Satisfaction?

Discover how being content can change your life

Dissatisfaction and cravings keep the ego strong and ignorant, but the ego is softened by contentment and gratitude. Explore how you can live a life filled with joy and bliss by going beyond the ego and connecting with the beauty and truth of Spirit.

Yoga Perspectives, Bliss / Ananda
  • To a yogi, life is full of joy, gratitude and bliss — the ecstasy that comes from Spirit
  • Take time to feel satisfied instead of craving all the time. Craving makes the ego stronger
  • Profound satisfaction soothes the ego and often gives us a chance to cross the barrier of ego and ignorance into spiritual awareness
  • Bliss comes when you’re in a state of harmony and connection with God
  • Bliss develops into ananda, ever new joy
  • Discover how sensing your vibration can lead to swarupa, abiding in the true self

Bliss

Bliss comes when you’re in a state of harmony and connection with God. You have bliss all the time — utter delight in being alive, delight in your relationship with God. Devotion, powerful love brings about bliss, this river of love. As a result of satisfaction, the Divine comes into you and descends throughout your being. That’s called ananda, ever new joy, ever new satisfaction rather than ever new dissatisfaction.

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
