RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

Tantra Yoga

Is it possible to release old, unwanted negative patterns?

Tantra is a wonderful type of yoga which is often misunderstood. Its practice can help one release negative patterns. The basic idea is that the dynamic power of God can free and change a person. Instead of remaining stuck in bad habits, you can open yourself to the liberating and transforming power of the Divine. You can bring positive change into your life through the practice of tantra yoga.

The Power of Shakti

Tantra means expansion from localized to vast. Tantra yoga involves freeing yourself from negative habit patterns by expanding your awareness and contacting the strength to overcome. That which is tying you down can no longer limit you when you’ve had an expansion of consciousness.

The dynamic force of Spirit called Shakti creates, uplifts and empowers. This transforming energy is involved in tantra yoga. When there is a bad habit limiting you, turn to the higher power of Shakti. When you feel stuck in a negative pattern, think of the Divine. Bring an awareness of God into your stuck condition and allow dynamic Shakti to empower and free you.
