Yoga is a direct, personal experience which fosters harmony between body, mind and spirit. It cultivates a growing connection between individual and Infinite Consciousness, allowing one to go beyond false ideas and gain an inner awareness of soul and Spirit. Living in a state of unity brings benefits such as increased energy, improved health, valuable insights and sublime bliss. See how life is greatly improved through the practice of yoga.

Don’t Settle for Less

Yoga practice is a means of experiencing an actual state called yoga. It is the delightful awareness of the harmony of body, mind and spirit. One can study, read and learn about yoga, but to know yoga, one must experience it. Learning to live in a conscious connection of body, mind and spirit is the first part of yoga. The second part is connecting with the Infinite Consciousness which creates and sustains all of us.

Yoga is exciting, enriching and empowering. You find you are able to do more because you are in harmony with the process which created you and is manifesting through you. Have fun with it. Allow its energy and consciousness to move and roar inside you. Discover what it is like to live in harmony rather than disharmony. It is an actual state, not a theory or sentimental feeling, but a marvelous way of being. Remember, it has to be a direct, ongoing experience. Don’t settle for less.

  • Living in the harmony of yoga brings knowledge, intuition and insights
  • Through yoga practice you can develop bhakti, devotional love which expands and surges through your entire being
  • Yogis can experience samadhi, a state of absorption in pure Spirit
  • Yoga leads to bliss and ananda, ever-new joy
  • Through yoga you discover a growing oneness with everyone and are able to see how Spirit is manifesting

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
