Living in Your True Nature

Get in touch with your inner joy

What happens when we do yoga? The practice of yoga helps us find and express our true nature. As we overcome that which blocks contact with the inner self, we come to know our souls and learn who we really are. We become free to express the joy of the soul and help make the world a better place.

Yoga Perspectives, Soul/Inner Self

Live in Your Swarupa

If anything is keeping you from awareness of wholeness and your true self, recognize it and deal with it. Release the ignorance and abide in wholeness. Abide in your swarupa.

I recommend you sit for a few minutes after meditation and enjoy your wholeness, your peace. Then stand in peace; walk in wholeness and bring this harmony down throughout your body before resuming your activities. Just carry it with you into your day and into the world. You’ll be a boon to humanity.

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
