RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

Mom and Dad and Love

How to experience God’s love for you

Do you feel loved? Our parents often are the first to show us that we are loved. Both Jesus Christ and Sri Ramakrishna taught that God loves us as a heavenly father or a divine mother.

Stories, Love

The Divine Mother

The essence of Spirit is love. Open to Spirit and its motherly qualities. As you do, you will feel, know and recognize the divine mother is active in your life, active in loving and guiding you.

  • Our parents nurture us in many ways, including demonstrating that we are loved
  • We thrive when we live in love and despair without it
  • Jesus Christ preached that God is like your heavenly father
  • Sri Ramakrishna taught that God is also like a heavenly mother, loving us unconditionally
  • Love is an attribute of Spirit. Love reveals Spirit and Spirit reveals love
  • Yogis recommend that we open ourselves to the motherly qualities of Spirit

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
