In my experience of sharing yoga for decades, I find that bhakti yoga is usually the easiest path. People can become spiritually awakened to soul and Spirit if they allow their emotions to grow into a flow of love to the Lord.
Through bhakti yoga you can discover your true self. You find that you are a spiritual being living in a spiritual world.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
