Yoga Therapy is Clearing and Freeing

The kleshas (afflictions) create tensions within us. We can release these tensions and thus stop suffering. Let yoga reveal what and why you’re suffering. Allow yoga to relieve the tension and ignorance. Deep yoga therapy is clearing and freeing. Allow yoga to help you.

  • Patanjali identified the five main kleshas (afflictions): spiritual ignorance, ego, immoderate liking, immoderate disliking and possessiveness
  • Avidya, the tendency to remain spiritually ignorant, can be relieved by spiritual experience
  • Qualities of soul and Spirit begin to express through us as we progress in yoga
  • Metaphysical ideas and affirmations can help awaken us to Spirit

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
