Love and Enlightenment — Spiritual Progress

Hear how Sri Ramakrishna says we can see God

Are you making progress on the yoga path? Yogis sometimes say everyone is making progress. It’s just that some are taking the long, slow route to love, peace, bliss and enlightenment while others are taking the fast train. Explore the many signs of spiritual progress to see how you are developing. And, most importantly, find out how you can become more open to Spirit inspiring and empowering your life. Understand how love and spiritual enlightenment intertwine, reflecting on the teachings and spiritual practices advised by Sri Ramakrishna.

Spiritual Development, Love, Transformation, Enlightenment

A Sign of Spiritual Progress

In most people, the mind and emotions are busy doing their own thing. As a seeker experiences the harmony of body, mind and spirit, the thoughts and feelings turn inward and begin to experience the soul in all its beauty and glory. When you come into awareness of your soul, usually peace comes first, then a sense of harmony, and then a delightful bliss. You come into an ecstasy, an utter delight, in being alive. Ecstasy is one of the main signs of spiritual progress. But peace, harmony and bliss are powerful indicators of growth, too.
