How to become a more dynamic yoga practitioner

Our practice of yoga leads us to contact soul and Spirit. When we awaken to Spirit, we feel newly alive with enthusiasm. As we come to know our soul, we find that we are a part of universal Spirit expressing in an individual way. Zeal develops within us and we become enthusiastic, happy, dynamic practitioners of yoga.

A Wave in the Ocean of Spirit

There’s also another great discovery that ignites zeal and enthusiasm. You discover the Infinite Spirit, which created you and maintains your life, is watching over you like a loving father or mother. It’s so exciting to discover how much you are a part of this universe, a part of the ocean of Spirit. You’re one of God’s beautiful waves, expressing the Divine, expressing the ocean, the ocean of Spirit.

  • Yogis come home to a higher state of being and find great joy

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
