You Are Broadcasting

Yoga is defined by Patanjali as “control of the waves of consciousness.” As you direct these waves of consciousness to truly positive thoughts and feelings, other people will be uplifted simply by your presence, by consciousness radiating out from you. You are broadcasting.

  • Explore what you are mainly thinking and feeling these days because that’s what you are broadcasting
  • What you say is important but what you think and feel is more powerful
  • How to improve what you are broadcasting by using Patanjali’s instruction to put the weight not on the problem but on the opposite virtue
  • Understand that you’re also a receiver of broadcasts.
  • Learn how to become aware of your soul’s broadcasts and notice them to experience peace, harmony, joy and love
  • Discover how you can receive the consciousness and upliftment that Spirit is always broadcasting

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
