Your unique vibration is a manifestation of the Divine. Through yoga practice you can make the distinction between your vibration and the false sense of self, the ego. Abiding in your vibration can help you diminish the fetters (chains of anger, fear, guilt, grief, arrogance and prejudice). Attuning with your vibration helps you discover your essence, your core self.
Anger, fear, guilt, grief, arrogance and prejudice — these are the fetters (chains) which cause the ego to remain deluded for lifetimes. Examine the fetters which tie up your self-awareness. Hopefully, you can sense the vibration of the true self behind the fetters.
Free yourself from these chains by sensing and abiding in your vibration. Then consider a meaningful blockage, such as a fear. Experience it with your normal sense of self and then look at it again from the vantage point of abiding in your vibration. You can, hopefully, come to a new understanding about the issue. Abiding in your vibration frees the heart of destructive fetters and allows it to express its true feeling — love.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
