Finding Your Personal Vibration

What is your distinct vibration?

Our individual nature is God-given. Each of us has a distinct vibration which is the essence of our individuality. Expressing this core self is one of the joys of living. Our expression, however, is often confused and distorted by the ego, the false sense of self. Learn techniques which can help you find and abide in your unique vibration. Discover how your life and spiritual practice become enriched as you attune with the core self.

Your Unique Vibration

The Infinite Spirit focalizes Itself within each of us as our unique vibration. That vibration clothes itself with an ego, mind, emotions and body. We often allow our ego, our false sense of self, to dominate our lives. Living with an awareness of one’s own vibration helps one deal with any ego problems.

There are many wonderful things that come from abiding in your distinct vibration. It is one of the healthiest things you can do, especially regarding self-destructive behavior. Also, it is one of the best ways to become enlightened. As you come to know your vibration, it can help you find your way back to the Divine, the source of your consciousness.

  • The Infinite Spirit expresses through each of us as our unique vibration
  • A profound sense of one’s true self occurs as you live in your vibration
  • Sincere yoga practice leads to perceiving your God-given nature
  • The ego, the false sense of self, often confuses and distorts one’s connection with the true self
  • You can be refreshed, renewed and empowered through living in an awareness of your vibration
  • Abiding in your vibration leads to discovering your essence, your core self

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
