Yogis seek to become still on physical, mental and emotional levels. Stillness brings an awareness of the light which comes from the soul and Spirit. Abiding in the light brings blessings, healings and revelations, as well as change and transformation. Enter into stillness and allow the light of Spirit to shine in your life.
A goal of yoga is to develop stillness. Psalms 46:10: Be still and know that I am God. Release physical movement and mental/emotional turbulence. In stillness, it is easy to sense light, soul and the presence of God. As you enjoy the light and allow it to shine, many wonderful things happen. The light within often brings blessings, healings and revelations.
The light is also a cause. At first, just enjoy the light and allow it to shine. As you abide in the light, you may find that it is a sacred presence which initiates change. When you have a problem, offer it to the Lord and release it. Become still. Very often light will move and express, bringing blessings, revelations and transformations in that area of concern.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
