Yoga wholeness happens when we move from distress into assurance or from a sense of lack into a sense of abundance. Discover wholeness and find out how to attract whatever you need.

First Steps, Abundance, Harmony

Allowing Wholeness to Develop

The main way to be whole is to find it first in the harmony of body, mind and spirit as you practice yoga. Also recognize all the many ways that you are whole. That allows the state of wholeness, which is part of a universal consciousness, to develop and create an interplay between you and a loving, caring universe. The more you become aware of wholeness, the more you will attract whatever you need.

  • Yoga happens when we let go of tension and enter a state of wholeness
  •  As we offer our hindrances and concerns to yoga, we find a universal consciousness which supports us
  • Cravings intensify the ego and increase our sense of separateness
  • Focus on wholeness and harmony and a connection between you and a conscious, caring universe
  • As we are aware of and appreciate wholeness, we attract more wholeness into our lives
  • Our growing sense of wholeness is dynamic. It converts our needs into a connection which fulfills all needs

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
