Yoga gives you a choice. You can live in wholeness instead of separateness and want. If you choose wholeness, you’ll be happier and attract whatever you need into your life. But wholeness is just the beginning! Experience the peace, joy, love and bliss that can be yours as you discover how to go beyond wholeness.

Spiritual Development, Bliss / Ananda

From Wholeness Comes Bliss

As you abide in wholeness, bliss and ecstasy come. It’s so wonderful — Spirit moving through your body, through your nerves. You receive bliss from your wholeness, from going beyond wholeness. You don’t have to worry much about going beyond wholeness. You get whole, then spiritual dynamics occur.

  • Yoga is designed to help you find wholeness which is one of its main definitions
  • Yogis and Buddhists review negative events and ponder how each can be used to foster wholeness
  • As the fetters are released (anger, fear, guilt, grief, arrogance, prejudice, jealousy and covetousness), integration of body, mind and Spirit naturally occurs
  • Meditation and yoga practice foster a growing peace which comes from wholeness
  • As you abide in wholeness, many attributes such as bliss and ecstasy come into your life
  • Wholeness grows into a sense of the sacred — you feel holiness

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
