RAMAKRISHNA ANANDA

How Yoga Found Me

How meditation gave Ramakrishna Ananda new hope and focus

Ramakrishna Ananda recalls yearning for God from an early age. After a friend introduced him to Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda, he began to have meditation experiences which brought him new hope and focus. He shares two beautiful quotes about the knowledge of our true nature.
