There is a progressive development toward realization of Spirit. We go beyond an ego focus to center in our true self, the soul. Be ye, therefore perfect from a yogic viewpoint occurs when you find and live in your soul. In awakening to Spirit, everything changes. You become a new being living with a powerful new motive. Spirit within you loves and serves God and His creation.
We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
