How to Improve Experience of Life

How does one prepare for lasting, enduring happiness?

Yogis find that the spiritual path is full of gusto and delight. They seek lasting, enduring happiness rather than fleeting enjoyments. As you prioritize your practice, you’ll welcome greater harmony, joy and bliss. Explore approaches which bring more joy into your life.

Online Seminars

Live with Zest and Gusto

As you cross the river of the world, you can move toward wonderful realizations. There are several attitudes which you may choose to develop:

  1. Spirit is manifesting all these forms. This is God’s play.
  2. God is here and now.
  3. This world isn’t as real as Spirit. God is the reality and I am conscious of this.

Each of these open you to an appreciation of the ongoing manifestation of Spirit.

Explore these attitudes and find the best way for you to experience the world as an expression of the Infinite. As a consequence, you will begin to live with zest and gusto. You live in confidence rather than fear; your crossing of the river of maya can be full of enjoyment. Spirit empowers you and fills you with confidence, strength and delight.

  • Begin each new day with meditation — be still and go within
  • Live in the now — with a clear mind and good will relate to what is currently happening in your life
  • Invite Spirit to live in and express through you each day
  • Explore the different practices which help you perceive the ongoing manifestation of the Divine
  • As you grow in spiritual awareness, be open to opportunities to help others
  • You can have a more meaningful and fulfilling experience of life through prioritizing your yoga practice

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.

I Commit to Serve

This commitment is solely between you and your inner self.
