Explore the Five Healings of Qigong

Why aren’t people full of loving, creative spirit and expressing it every day? It is because we are already filled with so many conflicting desires and emotions which block our happiness and well being.

You can be a loving, happy person and a true yogi if you become expert at emptying body, mind and emotions while allowing Spirit and soul to fill you. Explore the five healing sounds and colors of qigong. May they bless you.

  • Pensiveness is excessive concentration and obsessive preoccupation with someone or something
  • We can have excessive empathy, becoming too distraught about the problems of others or various difficulties in the world
  • Both pensiveness and excessive empathy can damage the spleen and pancreas

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
