The heart likes peace and quiet. Excessive excitability scatters the life force and places sudden demands on the heart.  You can help your heart become strong enough to deal with excitement while also allowing it to have peace and harmony. Heal Your Heart

Excessive excitability is hard on the heart and places demands on it. Most damaging for the heart is an emotional shock — whether from a negative or positive event. A disturbed heart affects the mind and spirit, often creating insomnia, confusion, restless thinking and, at times, serious damage.

The heart likes peace and quiet. It needs a feeling of security in order to keep an even pace as it pumps blood and energy throughout the body. Appreciate and love your good heart.

How to Succeed

As you may know, we do not charge for our courses. All Yoga World content is free and available to you with our blessings. However, we do have a simple, but important request that’s key to the transformations necessary to succeed on the path.

We ask you to commit two hours a week to selfless service. This service can be anything you choose ranging from helping a family member or neighbor to volunteering at a nonprofit organization.
