How to Know One’s Self as a Spiritual Being

We are spiritual beings born to express the beautiful attributes of our souls. Often, however, we are unaware of our true nature and thus suffer endlessly. Explore two practices which help you discover your true self. Learn how to stop suffering and live a happy, fulfilled life.

Patience and Forbearance are Key

The Bhagavad Gita advises even-mindedness in pain and pleasure as an ideal. Chidbhavananda writes in his commentary that one whose mind does not waver becomes fixed in the atman, the soul, which is unaffected by circumstances. Discover how, through patience and forbearance, we reap the rewards that come from attuning with the atman.

Being Clothed in Your Soul’s Spiritual Attributes

We are spiritual beings. The project of life is to know and express the attributes of the true self. At our core we are divine souls, each with unique attributes and talents. Discover how to know your soul and learn how to be free to express that inner beauty, love and light.

Findings on Teamwork

Research has shown how healthy teams accomplish tasks while at the same time protecting the individuality of their members. Charles Duhigg (The Power of Habit and Smarter, Faster, Better) has found two general principles and five key norms of the best functioning teams. Understanding these norms and principles can help teams grow stronger and allows teamwork to be productive and enjoyable.

Let Your Light Shine

Spirit is the reality. We are spiritual beings living in an ocean of Spirit. Since Spirit is invisible and possibly hard to grasp, yogis use the analogy of light to describe it. Find out how to welcome light into your life through the practice of yoga.

Your Inner Guru

Have you met your inner guru? The guru is the awakening consciousness that takes us home to our true self. Discover a practice that lets you experience your true state, your soul or atman, and meet your inner guru more deeply and profoundly.

Going Beyond Wholeness

Yoga gives you a choice. You can live in wholeness instead of separateness and want. If you choose wholeness, you’ll be happier and attract whatever you need into your life. But wholeness is just the beginning! Experience the peace, joy, love and bliss that can be yours as you discover how to go beyond wholeness.

The Way of the Quakers

The Quakers (Religious Society of Friends) believe that everyone can receive understanding and divine truths from the light within. Discover how to use the Quaker method to find inner peace and then become an instrument of peace.

Getting into Wholeness

Yoga wholeness happens when we move from distress into assurance or from a sense of lack into a sense of abundance. Discover wholeness and find out how to attract whatever you need.
