The Great Ideas of Yoga

What is yoga? It is the conscious state of harmony between body, mind, emotions and inner self. Beyond that, it is a state of harmony with others and with the universal self. Here Ramakrishna Ananda takes us through the five key truths which can lead from our present state of consciousness to a state of harmony.

Desires and Fulfillment

Desires provide important motivation and drive. Desires, however, usually cause people to feel unfulfilled, living in a state of yearning, craving or anxiety. Ramakrishna Ananda shares a technique which helps to let go of desires in a stress-free progression. This method can lead to peace, bliss and, ultimately, profound fulfillment.

Shine as No One Else Can

Discover how you can be more open to the Divine expressing through your thoughts, words and actions.

Face Life’s Problems with Meditation

Yoga's Way of Faith

Yoga’s Way of Faith

The great yogi Sri Ramakrishna affirmed that “Faith is the cornerstone of all.” When we live in faith, it often blossoms into a level of spiritual awareness wherein we perceive Spirit moving, responding and expressing within us and all people everywhere. Faith opens us to spiritual experiences.

The Divine Mother

Sri Ramakrishna taught that regarding God as Divine Mother is a great yoga practice. As a human mother’s love is unconditional, so is God’s love for you. Divine Mother will clean you up, teach you, guide you and bring you home.
