Praise God and Glories

One of the keys to making progress on the yoga path is to chant God’s name and glories while allowing Spirit to move in your life. If you chant God’s name and glories with love and appreciation, Spirit will lovingly respond and take you where you want to go.

Live in Awe and Wonder

Yogis say that we are meant to have awe and wonder, powerful transforming experiences that change our lives and bring great joy. Find out how you can experience the glorious, dazzling, mind-stopping states of awe and wonder.

Bhakti is the Easiest Way

If you do bhakti yoga well, you can go high and far. Here’s the secret to strengthening your love, your bhakti: thoughts are strong, but feelings are stronger. If you can let go of negative feelings, then your heart’s true feeling — love — will shine through.

Chant the Name

Chanting the name of God helps you profoundly gather your attention and focus your awareness. Discover how chanting can help you sense God’s attributes such as goodness, love, joy, light, and then to become completely immersed in God.

Prema — Let Your Love Soar — Part 2

Normal bhakti, an actual flow of love for God, is wonderful. However, it’s really just the beginning. If you are fortunate, your bhakti prepares your nerves and mind for higher intensities of ecstatic love called prema.

Prema — Let Your Love Soar — Part 1

Trickles of love can become a mighty life-renewing river. This state of intense love is called prema. In prema, your love soars, roars and explodes into ongoing ecstatic love. You discover you are one of the most fortunate people in the world.

The Key is Bhakti! — Part 2

Through bhakti yoga you can transcend superficial feelings and discover the already flowing river of love inside you. Bhakti helps you release the emotions which bother and block you.

The Key is Bhakti! — Part 1

One of the great things about yoga is that you come just as you are. You don’t need to read or study before you begin. Since the huge majority of people are governed by their feelings, bhakti yoga can help one receive numerous gifts from the Infinite, including peace, great happiness and enlightenment.

A Birthday Checklist

This is a checklist of birthday reflections which will help you understand how connected you are to God, Spirit and others. Learn how you can live a healthier, happier life with greater goodwill.

Real Love is Ongoing

Yogis define love as the state of emotion which expresses as an ongoing, dynamic giving of oneself. Real love reveals itself in the way we treat ourselves and others. Love lifts us into lila, the divine play.
